Ce restaurant propose une expérience unique : vivre un moment au cœur d'une gastronomie de caractère. Dans un restaurant gastronomique, la cuisine est au cœur du restaurant et dans un tel projet, elle se doit d'être l'élément central afin de permettre à ses clients de découvrir le monde artistique qu'elle renferme. En utilisant le traversant pour concept, la centralité s'accentue, la cuisine se révèle et le bâtiment attire l'œil depuis la ville en contrebas.

This restaurant offers a unique experience: a moment at the heart of gastronomy with character. In a gourmet restaurant, the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, and in such a project, it has to be the central element. Then, customers can discover the artistic world it contains. By using the "crossing-through" as a concept, the centrality is emphasized, the kitchen is revealed, and the building tempt the eye from the town below.

Aimée devient un endroit expérimental où l'on vient déguster dans un cadre idyllique, niché dans les hauteurs de la ville. Les tables et chaises sur-mesure renforcent l'aspect unique qu'offre le restaurant.

Aimée has become an experimental place to eat in an idyllic setting high above the city. Bespoke tables and chairs add to the restaurant's unique appearance.
